As items are handmade, slight imperfections may be present. Please contact me if you're not satisfied with your purchase.

Refunds or exchanges will not be given for a change of mind. Please ensure that you read the product description carefully before making a purchase. A refund or exchange will be negotiated for faulty, broken or damaged items.

Items must be returned unless a prior agreement is made.

You have 14 days from delivery to make contact if an item is damaged or broken upon arrival. Every effort will be made to resolve the issue.
